Duluth creates reward fund to help solve crimes against Indigenous women

The initiative is the first of its kind in Minnesota.
The city of Duluth, the Native Lives Matter Coalition and Mending the Sacred Hoop have collaborated on the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two Spirit People Reward Fund to assist in law enforcement efforts.
